How can I change my Horizon portal password?

To change your Horizon portal password, follow the below steps:

Step 1: Login to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to your profile and select Settings.

Step 3: Select Change Password.

Step 4: Enter your new password along with the current password and hit Change.

Note: You will get a message "Password changed. Please log in again to continue."

In case you do not remember your password, please raise a ticket. Once we verify your details, we will send an email with password reset instructions.
