# How can I change my Horizon portal password?

To change your Horizon portal password, follow the below steps:

**Step 1**: [Login](https://console.openstack.acecloudhosting.com/auth/login/) to your account.

**Step 2**: Navigate to your profile and select **Settings**.

**Step 3**: Select **Change Password**.

**Step 4**: Enter your new password along with the current password and hit **Change**.

**Note**: You will get a message "**Password changed. Please log in again to continue.**"

In case you do not remember your password, please raise a [ticket](https://customer.acecloudhosting.com/submitticket.php?step=2\&deptid=1). Once we verify your details, we will send an email with password reset instructions.
