# How do I change my Ace Public Cloud customer portal password?

Learn how to change your Ace Public Cloud portal password step-by-step.   

**a. Forgotten your password:** If you have forgotten your account password, follow the procedure below**:** 

**Step 1:** Proceed to the [Password reset](https://customer.acecloudhosting.com/index.php?rp=/password/reset) link. Or open the customer portal login link. Click on **Account** and select **Forgot Password?**

**Step 3:** You will receive a link to reset your password on your registered e-mail address. Henceforth, you can create a new secure password for your account&#x20;

**Step 2:** Navigate to your profile and choose **Change Password.**
