# How to Manage Wallet in AceCloud?

The **Wallet** page in AceCloud lets you view your available credits, add funds, monitor wallet transactions, and configure low-balance alerts.

### **Prerequisites**

Before proceeding, ensure that:

* You are logged in to the **AceCloud** portal.
* You have selected the required project and region.

### **Access the Wallet**

To access the Wallet:

1. Log in to the **AceCloud** portal.
2. From the left navigation pane, click **Billing**.
3. Select **Wallet**.

The **Wallet** page displays your available credits and transaction history.

## **View Wallet Balance**

The Wallet page displays the following credit information:

* **Free Credits** – Shows the available free credits in your wallet. (Free credits are subject to an expiry date)
* **Paid Credits** – Shows the available paid credits. (Paid credits do not expire and remain available until they are used.)
* **Add Funds** – Allows you to add funds to the wallet.

The wallet balance is updated based on credits added to the wallet and deductions made for resource usage.

## **View Wallet Transactions**

The **Transactions** section displays the transaction history associated with your wallet.

The transaction table can include the following details:

* **Description** – Description of the transaction.
* **Amount** – Transaction amount.
* **Free Credits Used** – Amount deducted from free credits, if applicable.
* **Type** – Indicates whether the transaction is a **Credit** or **Debit**.
* **Status** – Displays the transaction status.
* **Receipt** – Provides the available receipt for the transaction.
* **Tax Statement** – Provides the available tax statement.
* **Transaction Date** – Date and time when the transaction occurred.
* **Updated At** – Date and time when the transaction was last updated.
* **Actions** – Provides available actions for the transaction.

#### **Search Transactions**

To find a specific transaction:

1. In the **Transactions** section, enter a relevant keyword in the **Search by keyword** field.
2. The transaction list is filtered based on the entered keyword.

#### **View Deduction Details**

For applicable **Debit** transactions, you can view the details of the deduction.

1. Locate the required transaction in the **Transactions** section.
2. Click **Breakdown** in the **Tax Statement** column.

3. Review the **Deduction details**.

The deduction details can include:

* Total deduction amount
* Transaction date
* Amount deducted
* Resource split
* Credit split
* Balance before and after deduction
* Deduction type
* Charge basis
* Associated subscription

You can click **Hide** to collapse the deduction details.

#### **Export Transactions**

You can export transaction details in CSV format.

1. Expand the required transaction details, if applicable.
2. Click **Export CSV**.

3. The transaction data is exported as a CSV file.

## **Manage Wallet Alerts**

You can configure wallet alerts to receive notifications when your wallet balance falls below specified thresholds.

### **To configure wallet alerts:**

1. Click **Manage Alerts**.

2. The **Customize Wallet Alerts** dialog box opens.
3. Review the **Wallet Alert Status** and **Current Wallet Balance**.
4. Enter the required amount in **Threshold Alert 1**.
5. Enter the required amount in **Threshold Alert 2**.
6. Click **Update Alerts**.

***Note:*** *By default, the wallet alert thresholds are set to:*

* ***INR:*** *₹1,000 and ₹500*
* ***USD:*** *$200 and $100*

*You can modify these thresholds according to your requirements.*

*The configured alerts notify you when your wallet balance falls below the specified thresholds.*

*Alert notifications are sent to the client's registered email address and the registered user's email address.*

#### **Reset Alert Values**

To reset the configured alert values:

1. Open **Manage Alerts**.
2. Click **Reset**.
3. Review the values.
4. Click **Update Alerts** to save the required configuration.

**Note:** Configure the alert thresholds according to your expected resource usage to receive timely notifications before your wallet balance is depleted.
