# How to resize an Instance?
By resizing, you can change the flavor of an instance. To resize an instance, follow the steps below:
**Step 1:** [Login](https://customer.acecloudhosting.com/index.php?m=ace_product_register_addon\&action=login) to your account.
**Step 2:** From the left navigation menu, select **Compute** and then click on **Instances**.
**Step 3:** Select the instance you want to resize, click on the **drop-down** menu, and select **Resize Instance.**
**Step 4:** Select the **New Flavor** and click on **Resize Instance**.
**Step 5:** Choose the **drop-down** against the resized instance and click on **Confirm** **Resize/Migrate**.
