How to Manage a User of Horizon Account?

a. How to view all Horizon users?

To view all Horizon users, follow the steps given below:

Step 1: Login to your account.

Step 2: Click on Utilities, then on User.

Here, you can view all your users.

b. How to add a user to a Horizon account?

To add a Horizon account user, follow the steps given below:

Step 1: Click on Create User.

Step 2: Enter the Username and Description of the user and click on Create User.

Step 3: Click on Download to save the user credentials.

Kindly note once closed, the user credentials cannot be saved/downloaded again.

c. How to delete a user of the Horizon account?

To delete a Horizon account user, follow the steps given below:

Step 1: Click on Delete against the user you want to remove.

Step 2: Click on Delete User to confirm the deletion.
