How to Check Your Consumption in the AceCloud Portal?

Overview

This article explains how to view and filter your resource consumption in the AceCloud portal, as well as how to export the data for reporting or analysis. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to the AceCloud Portal.

Step 2: Once logged in, look at the left-hand side menu, click on Billing to expand the section, and then select Consumption from the available options.

You will now be on the Consumption page, where your usage details are displayed.

Step 3: View and Filter Your Consumption

On the Consumption page, you can see an overview of your resource usage.

You can refine what you see using the available filters:

  • Date Filters

    • From Month – Select the starting month for the consumption period.

    • To Month – Select the ending month for the consumption period.

  • Project Filter

    • Projects – Choose one or more projects to view consumption for a specific project scope.

  • Region Filter

    • Regions – Filter consumption based on the region where resources are deployed.

  • Resource Type Filter

    • Resource Type – Narrow down usage by resource category, such as:

      • Instances

      • Volumes

      • Networks

      • Public IPs

      • Floating IPs

      • Snapshots

      • (and other available resource types)

  • Source Type Filter

    • Source Type – Choose the platform source of your consumption, for example:

      • Cloud

      • Kubernetes

Adjust these filters as needed to focus on the specific timeframe, projects, regions, and resource types you want to analyze. The consumption data will update according to your selected filters.

Step 4: Export Consumption Data (CSV / PDF)

If you want to save or share your consumption data:

  1. On the Consumption page, locate the export options.

  1. Click Export CSV to download the data in CSV format.

  • This is useful if you want to open it in spreadsheet tools like Excel.

  1. Click Export PDF to download the data in PDF format.

  • This is useful for reports and sharing with stakeholders.

The file will be generated and downloaded to your computer according to your browser’s download settings.

Additional Notes

  • If you do not see the Billing → Consumption option, contact your administrator to confirm you have the required permissions.

  • Make sure your filters (dates, project, region, etc.) are set correctly if the page appears empty or incomplete.
